We are pleased to announce the sale of Visiolis, a French leader in outsourcing solutions for the management of claims on car accidents. The shareholders of Visiolis included Innovacom and venture capital funds of Société Générale Asset Management, CDC Entreprises and CM-CIC Capital Privé. The core business of Visiolis is expertise development, using its off-site appraisal software through a network of 2,500 certified garage mechanics. The company manages crash claims, either directly on site, or off-site by analyzing the photographs provided by the garage mechanics. Visiolis develops reports - opposable to third parties during the appeals - including mechanical expertise, conflicting expert opinions and research in professional liability. Visilois also offers services of damage assessment. The offer is supplemented by accident management, which includes management of total loss vehicles, paperwork and services such as replacement car management. The company was acquired by the current President of its Board of Directors. Arjil acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of Visiolis troughout the sale process.
